We

As
you may or may not be aware, Talltrees has all it's proceeds put back
into the fishery.
We
currently have a few projects on the go and in the pipeline, all listed
below.....

AMENITIES
BLOCK
A
project currently under way is the new Amenities block. Comprising
of a toilet, shower Kitchin & communal area.

PARK
A
project currently under way is the the re surfacing of the
car park. The edges are to be built up with railway sleepers,
and the whole of the surface covered in tarmac plannings.
The driveway/entrance is now complete.

PEG
REBUILDING
We
are about to improve some of the pegs, giving a more level
base with new sleeper edging. Swims that will be improved
are as follows:

TREE
FELLING
Sometime
during the summer, the big Bat Willow in the top far left corner
will have to be felled. During the winter this year it has been
noticed that it has leaned over to the lake by a worrying amount!
The idea of felling is to get it now, before it has to be removed
from the lake!

DE-SILTING
The
siltex has been waiting a while! The de-silting will coincide
with the peg refurbishment, as we will be using a mini digger
to remove silt from the car park end corners and big cat corner.
